Agreement
These terms apply to your use of compute-meshcore.digital and to trade marketing services provided by Compute Meshcore Trade Marketing (“we”, “us”). By using the site or requesting services, you agree to these terms.
Services
We provide informational content and offer trade marketing services related to secondary display placement, including planning, audits, rollout coordination, and field merchandising. Service details, timelines, and fees are confirmed in a written brief or statement of work. Website pricing is informational only and does not create a binding purchase.
No online checkout
This site does not process payments or complete checkout. Any deposit or fee arrangement is agreed separately in writing.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate brief materials (SKU lists, artwork rights, store lists, retailer contacts) and to obtain any retailer permissions required for store work. Delays in access or materials may shift schedules.
Intellectual property
Site content belongs to us or our licensors. Project deliverables transfer or license as stated in the applicable brief. You retain ownership of your brand assets; you grant us a limited licence to use them for the engagement.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful content, or scrape the site in a way that impairs service.
Disclaimer
Site content is for general information. Retail outcomes depend on retailer decisions, field conditions, and factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific sales lift or placement approval.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable Thai law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from site use. Liability for paid services is limited as stated in the governing statement of work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Bangkok, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.
